Spa Directors and Managers can often feel isolated in a world of hotel hospitality. With expert advice on hand, most problems can be turned around to success stories.
2. Follow up email to the call and email support throughout the month*
After the call, you will receive an email summary of what was discussed and agreed action plans and time lines. This will give clarity and value to the call to implement success strategies. Throughout the month, you can communicate with your mentor via email for any additional support*

An exclusive members only webinar will be available to attend and will cover spa management subjects such as effective retailing, target setting and more. Members may request subjects which will be considered for future webinars.
